Dave W. Madigan, P.E., LEED AP

Dave has dedicated his career to the practice of high performance mechanical design, while elevating everyone around him – engineers, architects, owners, and students – helping them understand and embrace a holistic vision for a better built environment.
His mentorship has shaped the careers of many and his influence continues to ripple outward through the next generation of engineers.
His leadership has resulted in an impressive amount of building projects that push the boundaries of what it means to be sustainable.
Community Impact
North Hartford Partnership
For more than a decade, NHP has served as a locally anchored steward in North Hartford, demonstrating that sustainability is not a single project or technology, but a coordinated strategy integrating historic preservation, affordable housing, workforce development, and climate resilience.
The revitalization of the Swift Factory is a visible expression of this work, but it is best understood as part of a broader, intentional approach to restoring opportunity, community, health, and environmental stability in a neighborhood shaped by decades of disinvestment.
