Following a planned leadership succession in June 2026, Alicia now serves as Development & Data Specialist after seven years as Executive Director. In this consulting role, she supports the organization’s development strategy, information systems, Salesforce stewardship, and organizational data while helping preserve institutional knowledge and strengthen long-term organizational capacity.

Since joining BuildGreenCT in 2019, Alicia has led the organization’s transformation from the Connecticut Green Building Council into today’s unified BuildGreenCT, expanding its programs, partnerships, fundraising capacity, and organizational infrastructure. She has secured significant grant funding, strengthened sponsorship and membership programs, helped implement Salesforce as the organization’s constituent relationship management platform, and helped position the organization for continued growth and long-term sustainability.

As a founding member of Connecticut Passive House and co-founder of Celebration Green Design & Build, Alicia brings more than two decades of experience advancing sustainable building practices through organizational leadership, business development, strategic planning, and community engagement.
