Chania Martin brings more than seven years of experience leading communications, events, and operations across the nonprofit, education, and corporate sectors, making her a natural fit for BuildGreenCT’s Educational Programs & Communications Manager role.

Her experience spans organizations including The Narrative Project, The Connecticut Project Action Fund, Achievement First Amistad Middle School, and the University of Connecticut, where she planned and executed educational programs, conferences, webinars, and large-scale community events while leading strategic communications and cross-functional initiatives.

With expertise in event management, partner engagement, business development, CRM systems, and narrative-driven communications, Chania is passionate about bringing people together around meaningful missions and creating engaging experiences that strengthen communities and inspire action.
