Energy Engineer
Kate started her career with a B.S. in Sustainability and a concentration in Energy. Her first career was in Passive House certification, but she has recently shifted gears to the utility level. She support Franklin Energy as an Energy Engineer, determining the annual kWh savings for various energy saving measures while also supporting utility clients by making annual program updates based on local Technical Reference Manuals and assisting in regular maintenance of their energy savings.

Jeremy joined 475 in 2017 while completing his Masters in Sustainability in the Urban Environment at CCNY. Starting as a Business Development Intern, Jeremy came on full time as an Operations Manager in 2018, before moving to his current role as a Product Consultant. In 2019, Jeremy finished his Masters and joined CCNY’s staff as an Adjunct Lecturer, teaching the same Low Energy Buildings course that brought him to 475 originally.
