Associate University Architect for Sustainability
As a licensed architect with a strong background in sustainable design and planning, Misha brings a passion for placemaking together with a deep commitment to reducing the environmental impacts of buildings.
Misha is currently the Associate University Architect for Sustainability at Yale University, where he works to ensure the integration of Yale’s ambitious goals around decarbonization and sustainability into construction projects across campus.
Previously, Misha served as the Sustainability Coordinator at Centerbrook Architects & Planners, where he developed firm-wide resources and processes for tracking sustainability metrics on every firm project, including client workshops and project compliance reviews.
Alongside his sustainability leadership, Misha has served as a design architect on over a dozen projects of various scales, including many buildings and master plans for educational institutions. He explores design at scales ranging from metal panels to urban parklets through SpiraLworks, the design studio he has led with his partner since 2018.
Misha serves as his town’s representative on the Connecticut River Gateway Commission and is the co-founder of 16 Cubits, a biobased architectural design competition for the harvest holiday of Sukkot. He is a lecturer at the University of Hartford and Yale College and, in his spare time, an avid outdoors enthusiast.

Jeremy joined 475 in 2017 while completing his Masters in Sustainability in the Urban Environment at CCNY. Starting as a Business Development Intern, Jeremy came on full time as an Operations Manager in 2018, before moving to his current role as a Product Consultant. In 2019, Jeremy finished his Masters and joined CCNY’s staff as an Adjunct Lecturer, teaching the same Low Energy Buildings course that brought him to 475 originally.
