Ilona Prosol is a team leader and senior vice president at Salas O’Brien with more than 30 years of design and management experience. She approaches each project with a focus on sustainability and has been part of the design team for many award-winning projects throughout New England, including the John W. Olver Design Building at UMass Amherst, recipient of the 2020 AIA COTE Award for sustainable design excellence.

Ilona holds LEED AP BD+C certification and Professional Engineering licenses in the states of Connecticut,  Massachusetts, New York, Rhode Island, and Montana.

Passionate about her work and the continual advancement of the design and construction industry, she currently serves on the boards of the BuildGreenCT and Connecticut Architecture Foundation, as well as a member of the State of Connecticut Codes and Standards Committee and CCSU Industry Advisory Board.
