Kate Doherty provides project assistance to the High-Performance Building Solutions team at Steven Winter Associates. She conducts Passive House feasibility studies for new clients and conducts energy modeling and 3D building modeling for a range of building types pursuing Passive House certification. Kate provides support for clients throughout their design and construction phases while assisting the client in certification submission. Kate supports an accredited certifier in reviewing project documentation submissions for Passive House cert. In her free time, Kate spends a lot of time outside with her Border Collie, Dusk, and enjoys starting several crafts/DIY’s at the same time and maybe finishing some of them!
