Kathy Fay
Ms. Fay directs Neighborhood Housing Services (NHS) of New Haven’s Community Sustainability department, where she is a co-founder of Home Energy ConneCT (formerly known as I Heart My Home), a pioneering residential energy concierge service. In the last decade, her work at NHS has garnered two CT Green Building Council awards.
Her passion for energy equity and environmental justice is put to use on behalf of households, municipalities, and statewide initiatives and she currently represents low-income residential customers on the CT Energy Efficiency Board and serves on the City of New Haven’s Environmental Advisory Council.
