To pursue this vision, Veris is one of the few leading companies in the residential space to commit to WELL building practice at its enterprise-level and achieved the WELL Health-Safey Rating， WELL Equity Rating across its multifamily residential portfolios. Highlight of Veris’ energy efficiency strategies include innovations that resulted in 24% energy consumption in 2022 below the baseline in 2019; securing renewable energy procurement; successful reduction of reliance on grid power throughout properties in New Jersey.
